Cultivation Detection and Automatic Bird Protection

The cameras reliably detect only agricultural activities and transmit the images to the AI-powered software within the wind farm. This software analyzes the footage in real time and identifies permit-related activities. Once an activity is detected, a predefined group of people, such as operators or technical managers, is automatically notified. This enables quick and targeted action, allowing the wind turbine operation to be halted if necessary. Additionally, the reliable communication system—the FLEXIMAUS Greenbox—ensures the full, autonomous implementation of bird protection through automatic shutdowns of the wind turbines during and after an agricultural event.
