Hi, I’m Jochen. As an industrial electronics technician and a graduate engineer, I’ve always felt at home in technology. While managing wind farms in Bavaria, I recognized the challenge of combining performance with species protection. So, I developed Fleximaus – a flexible system that optimizes wind farms while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Conservation and environmental protection are important to me, and I see it as my mission to make a contribution for future generations. In my role as the assistant to the executive management, or as the “go-to person,” I support the team wherever I can. The fact that I live in the same town strengthens the sense of community and collaboration within the team.

I joined Fleximaus GmbH in 2014 through my meeting with Jochen Rößler. The idea of bringing Fleximaus to market as a standalone product immediately excited me. Since then, I have been working passionately on developing innovative solutions to optimize wind farms and actively shape the energy transition.

In 2021, I took the step into the world of renewable energy and joined Fleximaus GmbH to take on the service and installation of our system. From an early age, I was fascinated by the world of electricity, especially renewable energies, which are essential for a sustainable future and the energy transition.

I see nature conservation as a fundamental necessity, and renewable energy as an excellent and important path towards a livable future for generations to come. My commitment to Fleximaus comes not only from an interest in the technical challenge but also from a deep conviction.

Since 2018, I have been working as an programmer, leading the design and implementation around Fleximaus. My main tasks include, among others, the integration of various interfaces of the wind farms into the Fleximaus system, connecting our own sensors, as well as programming various monitoring, evaluation, and support tools.
